Return and Refund Policy

Who we are

Fun Pops is a D2C food brand selling frozen ice pops through our Shopify store. Because our products are food items that require cold-chain handling and strict hygiene, we maintain a tightly controlled return & refund policy to protect public health and ensure fairness.

When we accept returns

We accept returns only if the products inside are damaged. Examples of acceptable damage:

  • Leaking packs on arrival
  • Torn or punctured individual product packs that expose contents
  • Visible contamination or spoilage present on delivery
  • Items missing from the order or incorrect items supplied

We do not accept returns for: change of mind, taste preferences, opened products unless damage is clearly shown, or items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

How to report a damaged item

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and process your request. To report a damaged item, send the following to afindiainfo@gmail.com:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos or a short video showing the damaged product and packaging
  3. A photo of the shipping box if it shows external damage (this helps with courier claims)
  4. Your contact phone number and delivery address

Refunds & replacements

Once we receive your evidence, our team will review the submission. If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider (typically 5–7 business days after approval). We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds/replacements based on the evidence provided.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. If your order is still pending, contact us immediately at afindiainfo@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled because of cold-chain handling requirements.

Wrong or missing items

If you receive the wrong flavour or missing items, contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace the missing/wrong items at no extra cost, subject to verification.

For all returns, refunds or related questions, email us at afindiainfo@gmail.com. We aim to respond to inquiries within 30 days as required under Indian IT rules. You can also use this email to exercise rights related to your personal data.

Important: Keep packaging and any unopened product in the same condition you received it until the return is resolved — this helps with assessment and courier claims.

We reserve the right to update this policy. If we make material changes, we will post the updated date on this page.
