Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Overview

We partner with trusted courier providers to deliver Fun Pops across India. Actual delivery timing and handling are managed by the shipping provider, so timelines may vary by location and courier service capacity. We do our best to dispatch orders promptly and keep you informed at each step.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of order confirmation. During peak seasons or public holidays, dispatch may take longer. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email/SMS when your order leaves our facility.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking link with you via email and/or SMS. The tracking link is generated by the shipping provider and allows you to follow your parcel’s status directly on the courier’s tracking page.

Important: Once a tracking link has been generated and shared, the shipment is considered in transit. Per our policy, we cannot cancel an order after the tracking link has been sent.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping provider and your location. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Metro / Tier-1 cities: 2–6 business days
  • Tier-2 / remote areas: 4–8 business days

Delays caused by extreme weather, local incidents, courier capacity, or force majeure events are beyond our control. If you experience a delay, please share the tracking link with us and we’ll coordinate with the courier on your behalf.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. In some promotional periods, Fun Pops may offer free shipping subject to minimum order value or specific campaigns.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:

  • Before dispatch: Cancellation requests made before the order is dispatched can be considered and will be processed where possible.
  • After dispatch / Tracking sent: Once a tracking link has been generated and shared with you, we cannot cancel the order because the package is already in the courier network and cold-chain handling is required for our products.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at afindiainfo@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for cancellation
  3. Preferred resolution (refund or store credit)

We will check the order status and advise whether cancellation is possible. Please note that requests received after dispatch or after the tracking link is issued will not be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds on Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and may take 5–7 business days after approval.

If the payment was through cash-on-delivery and the order is cancelled before dispatch, we will provide a store credit or process a refund via an alternative method as agreed.

Exceptions & Special Cases

In rare cases (e.g., courier mis-route, failed delivery attempts, or stock issues) we may provide alternate resolutions such as re-dispatch, refund, or store credit. Each case is evaluated individually.
